Completely renovated in 2024, our house offers you a relaxing and natural stay in an idyllic setting by the sea! You will be seduced by the beautiful village of Port Manec'h and its many assets: magnificent beach with sailing school 950 m away (with boat and kayak rental), restaurants, cafes and shops, hiking trails, tennis courts... not far from Rospico Beach and its restaurant that are well worth a visit! Come and rest and get a change of scenery! The space Our accommodation consists of: - On the 1st floor: Equipped kitchen and open and bright living room, on parquet. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Separate toilet. Machine corner with washer and dryer. - On the 2nd floor: Double bedroom. 5-bed dormitory. Bathroom with toilet. - On the ground floor: Games room open to the garden. - 600 m2 plot with garden table, garden furniture, trampoline, ping pong table, petanque games, Breton pucks, Molky etc. Adult beds are 160x200cm beds. The children's beds are 90 x 190 cm beds. Guest access Guests can access the entire property! We leave the key in a lockbox for self check-in. Other things to note For stays of less than 4 nights, we ask guests to bring their own sheets and towels or pay an extra 40 euros per person for the duration of their stay. In order not to impose a cleaning fee, we ask that you leave the house clean when you leave. If, however, you think you need a cleaning package, please let me know if you have any questions: price depending on the number of guests.
