The space Château de Villerambert: A historic gem in the heart of the Minervois An invitation to discovery, nestled in the hills of the Aude, the Château de Villerambert stands proudly, witness to a rich history and an exceptional terroir. The castle, built in the 16th century, has traversed the ages with elegance. It bears witness to a history of passion and tradition. Since 1858, the JULIEN family has perpetuated this heritage, preserving the soul of the place. LES HAUTS DE VILLERAMBERT, a completely renovated apartment with four bedrooms distributed around a large living room and a breathtaking view: calm and light assured... In this cottage – located on the second floor of the Château with independent access by the Grand Staircase – life is organized around a large south-facing living room of 60 m² with 180° views of the Pyrenees. The South-West Tower houses a round kitchen, fully equipped with a central island, with a Villerambert marble countertop. The Northwest Tower houses the Room with a View – also round – and offers views of the Montagne Noire. 160 cm bed, and large private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The Yellow Room – and its mystery – looks at the Pyrenees to the south. Choice between a 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds and a private bathroom in marble and travertine. To the west, the Chambre des Merveilles still has its large windows overlooking the Minervois vineyards. 160 cm bed and here again, beautiful private bathroom. On the mezzanine, under the roof equipped with a VELUX, the Room of a Thousand and One Nights is close to the stars of the Black Mountain... 160 cm bed and private bathroom. Parking is available on the private land. In summer, garden furniture (table and chairs for dining on the terrace, small outdoor lounge). The castle remains cool in summer. The castle and grounds are for the exclusive use of vacationers. Important notes: During the COVID-19 outbreak, we monitor the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation following the recommendations of the official website of the health measures taken by the government Late check-in and late check-out are possible for a fee. On arrival, you will find the minimum necessary before going on vacation, dishwashing dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges. Linens (tea towel and bath mat) are included. Bed and bath linens are included in the price. A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the separation and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the premises must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it their arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, empty refrigerator and cupboards, no visible visible, garbage removed, etc.) If the apartment is left for sale, the tenant will have a deduction from the security deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of €35/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by text or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer our tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before they leave, a "full cleaning" package that will be charged at €30/hour.
