The space At the foot of the Lakes of the Orient Forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, come and stay in this vast house full of history where Napoleon set up his headquarters in 1814. Spacious house with landscaped garden located in a village where you will find all amenities (bar, tobacco, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer field)... Many activities nearby: forest walks, swimming, sandy beach, restaurants, pedal boat, water sports (jet ski, boat without license), golf, fishing, tree climbing, parachute, many bike paths to explore around the lakes. Nigloland, downtown TROYES, with its charm, its half-timbered houses 25 min away. Also visits to cellars, Napoleon museum... On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living/dining room, a double bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and television. Upstairs, you will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms each consisting of a 140 x 190 cm bed, a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 cm beds) and 2 bathrooms each offering a bathtub, sinks, toilet. Outside: large enclosed courtyard for parking several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and relaxation lounge, covered terrace with barbecue, deckchairs, large enclosed landscaped garden, laundry room, toilet. To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, towels and linen provided, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets will be accepted free of charge.
