The space At the foot of the Lakes of the Orient Forest, 25 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Paris, come and stay in this vast residence full of history where Napoleon set up his general headquarters in 1814. Spacious house with landscaped garden located in a village where you will find all amenities (bar, tobacco, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer field)... Lots of activities nearby: forest walks, swimming, sandy beach, restaurants, pedal boat, water sports (jet ski, boat without license), golf, fishing, tree climbing, parachute, many velovoies to browse around the lakes. Nigloland, TROYES city center, with its charm, half-timbered houses 25 minutes away. Also visits to cellars, Napoleon museum... On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen with dining area, a living/dining room, a double bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with its private bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet) and TV. Upstairs you will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms each composed of a 140x190 bed, a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190) and 2 bathrooms each offering bathtub, sinks, toilet. Outside: large enclosed courtyard allowing parking several vehicles, terrace with garden furniture and lounge, covered terrace with BBQ, deckchairs, large enclosed landscaped garden, laundry room, toilet. To facilitate your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, the towels and linens provided, the heating, electricity and the end of stay cleaning included. Pets will be allowed free of charge.
