Welcome to Terre et Mer, A few minutes from the long sandy beaches of Quend-Plage and Fort-Mahon. Come and recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends, this pavilion can accommodate up to 8 people. This place is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge for vacation rentals that listens to its guests! The space On the ground floor: - a sitting area with TV - a dining table - an open kitchen - a sofa bed (Please note, bed linens will need to be provided) - functional pellet stove (pellets not included) Kitchen facilities: - induction cooktop - microwave/grill - filter coffee machine - kettle, - toaster, Back kitchen - dishwasher - refrigerator - washing machine You will also find two bedrooms Bedroom 1: double bed (180 x 200) Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 x 190) Bathroom - sink - bathtub Separate toilet Upstairs: - one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed; please note the bedroom is attic-style and not suitable for tall people. You will also have garden furniture and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun on the terrace, you can enjoy an enclosed plot of 900 m2. A barbecue is available under the porch at the bottom of the garden. Easy parking for two vehicles. Included: linens (towels, bed linens, dish towels, bath mats), we do not provide linens for the sofa bed, Wi-Fi, board games. Baby equipment (high chair, bouncer seat) Guest access You'll have the house to yourselves. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note The house is located in a cul-de-sac (gravel road). The terrace is not protected by guardrails, 20 cm step.
