Welcome to Terre et Mer, A few minutes from the long sandy beaches of Quend-Plage and Fort-Mahon. Come and recharge your batteries for families or groups of friends, this pavilion can accommodate up to 8 people. This place is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge for vacation rentals that listens to its guests! The space On the ground floor: - a lounge area with TV - a dining table - an open kitchen - a sofa bed (be careful you will have to provide the sheets) - functional pellet pan (pellets not included) Kitchen facilities: - induction baking sheets, - microwave/grill - filter coffee maker - kettle, - toaster, Back kitchen - dishwashing machine - Refrigerator - washing machine You will also find two bedrooms Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200) Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds (90x190) Bathroom - sink - Tub Separate toilet Upstairs: - a bedroom with a double bed in 140cm and a single bed 90cm; be careful the room is attic is not suitable for large people. You will also have a garden furniture and lounge chairs to soak up the sun on the terrace, you can enjoy an enclosed plot of 900m2. BBQ is available under the porch at the back of the garden. Easy parking for two vehicles. Included: linens (towels, sheets for beds, tea towels, bath mats) and end-of-stay cleaning. ‼️ We do not provide sheets for the sofa bed. WIFI, board games. Baby equipment (high chair, sunbed) Guest access You'll have the house and the courtyard to yourself. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest. Other things to note The house is located in a cul-de-sac (gravel road). The terrace is not protected by guardrails, 20 cm step.
