Accommodating about twenty people, this spacious 350 m2 gîte is the perfect place for reunions with family or friends. Featuring more than 6 comfortable bedrooms, a bright veranda, a games room, a large TV room, a main living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets, this cottage offers all the comforts necessary for an unforgettable stay. Note that 2 bedrooms (the pink and the yellow) are communicating. In addition, access to the bedroom next to the games room is accessible from the garden. You can also enjoy a magnificent indoor swimming pool of 9 x 5 meters, functional all year round and heated to 29 degrees, for moments of relaxation and pleasure in all seasons. Thanks to its many bay windows, it gives the impression of swimming outdoors while being sheltered from the weather or too much heat. The outdoor area is a haven of peace. Open to a wooded garden, deckchairs are arranged here and there, inviting you to relax and rest. Surrounded by beautiful vegetation, this garden provides total privacy, without any overlooking. Adjacent to the house is a large soccer field on which young and old can play and have fun. The surrounding village is of undeniable rustic charm. Its small streets and large spaces lend themselves perfectly to beautiful and long walks through the vineyards to fully enjoy the nature and tranquility of the place. Guest access The entire house is fully privatized. Garages available to park vehicles. Other things to note Parties are forbidden. No pets allowed. Extra mattresses are available for additional people (subject to prior validation) A security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon check-in. All dishes used during the stay must be washed and put away before departure. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa (outdoor spaces are provided for this purpose) The 3 bedrooms located upstairs are air-conditioned unlike those located on the ground floor. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult and will be under their full responsibility. Pool towels are not provided. As a reminder, our cottage is a living house, full of character, with its small imperfections and peculiarities, which give it all its soul.
