Accommodating about twenty people, this spacious 350 m2 cottage is the ideal place for reunions for families or groups of friends. Featuring more than 7 comfortable bedrooms, a bright veranda, a games room, a large TV room, a main living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets, this cottage offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. It should be noted that 2 bedrooms (the rose and yellow) are communicating. In addition, access to the bedroom backed by the games room is accessible from the garden. You can also enjoy a beautiful indoor pool of 9 x 5 meters, functional all year round and heated to 29 degrees, for moments of relaxation and fun in all seasons. Thanks to its many floor-to-ceiling windows, it gives the impression of swimming outdoors while sheltering from bad weather or hot weather. The exterior is a haven of peace. Open to a wooded garden, sunbeds are arranged here and there, inviting you to relax and rest. Surrounded by beautiful greenery, this garden provides complete privacy, without any vis-à-vis. Adjoining the house, there is a large football field on which young and old can play and have fun. The surrounding village is undeniable country charm. Its small alleys and wide open spaces lend themselves perfectly to beautiful and long walks through the vines to fully enjoy nature and the tranquility of the place. Guest access The entire house is fully privatized. Garages available to park vehicles. Other things to note Parties are forbidden. No pets allowed. Extra mattresses are available for additional people (subject to prior validation) A security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon check-in. All dishes used during the stay must be washed and put away before departure. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa (outdoor spaces are provided for this purpose) The 3 bedrooms located upstairs are air-conditioned unlike those located on the ground floor. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult and will be under their full responsibility. Pool towels are not provided.
