The space 40 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of Lake Amance, with its port, beach and water sports, detached house on enclosed land, located in the heart of Dienville where you will find a bakery, grocery store, bar/tobacco, restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped for babies: 2 baby beds, baby high chair, changing chair, deckchair, dishes, changing table with bathtub, playpen... Beds made on arrival, towels and linen provided, end of stay cleaning extra, heating, wood and electricity included in the price of the stay. On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with open kitchen, dining room with wood stove, foosball and pinball, living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2 extra people with participation of €15/night/person), a double bedroom, a bathroom (bathtub + double sink), a separate toilet, a laundry room. Upstairs, 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm, including 2 beds that can be brought together as a double bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with a bed for children up to 12 years old (70 x 160 cm), a bathroom (shower + sink + toilet) and a laundry room. For reading and board game enthusiasts, you will be delighted by the variety offered. Outside, you will have 2 terraces (1 garden furniture and 1 living room with armchairs), barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, children's armchairs, swing, trampoline, basketball hoop, 5 adult bikes including 1 with child seat and 1 trailer for transporting children.
