Authentic Béarnaise Pyrenees house

At the foot of the Pyrenees, a large Béarnaise house, built in 1787 and restored in keeping with the values and materials of yesteryear. In an authentic and quiet setting, between the shade of the linden tree and the sunshine, this house with exposed stones is there to welcome you. It's a great place to share moments with friends, family or others…. The interior of the house is spacious, quiet and warm with quality bedding. The space You are first greeted by the entrance, with its original wooden staircase and carved ramp. The floor is original, with its cement tiles with geometric patterns and colors that are so current... On each side of the entrance is the kitchen, fully restored in the spirit of yesteryear and the comfort of today... Large marble island and Falcon stove with its 2 ovens!! Everything is ready to cook small simple dishes... or... Béarnaise stews ☺️ To the right of the entrance, there is a spacious living room, with its stove, in the spirit of Birgourdan, where you can simmer good dishes... A large table that can seat about fifteen people, with its bench dating from the beginning of the century... Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, where the choice of beds is very important. Indeed, they are king-size beds, with high-end mattresses, because it is essential to experience deep and sweet nights...😉 Also, the colors are soft and refined, reminiscent of bouquets of flowers faded in the hot sun...☺️😂🤗💫 - Bedroom 1 - "Pink" color: 1 king size bed 180 x 200 cm + mattress topper (possibility to convert into 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 2 - "Beige" color: 1 king size bed 180 x 200 cm + mattress topper (possibility to convert into 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds of 90 x 190 cm - Bedroom 4 - "Water Blue" color: 1 king size bed 180 x 200 cm + mattress topper (possibility to convert into 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm) - Bedroom 5 - "Yellow" color: 1 king size bed 180 x 200 cm + mattress topper (possibility to convert into 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm) 1 bunk bed 90 x 190 cm 1 bed below 90 x 190 cm 1 trundle bed 90 x 190 cm (the pull-out bed can be moved to another room if needed) The bunk bed and king size bed are separated by a curtain. (parents can be isolated, while watching over the children...) (or... for a happy children's bazaar...)🤗🤗 There is 1 bathroom for now...🤗🤗 + toilet (a second toilet is under construction...) Also, to make the holidays holidays..... we installed a professional dishwasher, with 50-second wash cycles. (photos will be available within the next few days...) We are available for any questions and needs... Guest access Access can be independent. There is a lockbox in the barn next door. The code will be sent to you 5 days before your arrival. We are always with you, to accompany you, either in person, by video if we are on the move. Other things to note This house is warm and welcoming...
