Discover our spacious house in Concoules, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. Nestled between river and mountain, it invites you to enjoy an exceptional natural setting. Close to Lake Villefort, ideal for water activities and relaxation by the water. In summer, you can enjoy sunny days. In fall, the surrounding forests become a feast for mushroom hunting enthusiasts. A true peaceful oasis to unwind. The space The villa consists of a large open space of 60 sqm including the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with corner bath, a separate toilet with handwasher. Among the 5 bedrooms available, you will find a fully equipped room, specially designed for children from a young age. (bunk bed on the floor, umbrella bed with mattress, changing table, potty, step, high chairs and various and varied toys...) Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are made available according to the number of people indicated at the time of booking. From the 5th person, a surcharge per person will be applied. When booking, we will ask you for the desired room layout. You will find a large garden not overlooked with all the comforts for young and old (gas and charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining table, lit garden furniture, swing, slides and children's cabin) but also fruit trees, raspberries and strawberries to delight young and old! For petanque lovers, a bowling alley is also available! Cyclists and bikers are welcome motorbike and bike😉 shelters in the garden. The house is secured by a gate. The entrances and exits are provided by Léa and Magali of the Homkeys by LM concierge, but can also be self-contained depending on the arrival time, with the provision of a key box. Don't worry! Cleaning fees include the provision of sheets, towels and an individual toilet kit and cleaning is provided by a professional team of the Homkeys by LM concierge. Other things to note Close to Lake Villefort, perfect for water activities, tree climbing and relaxation. In autumn, the surrounding forests are full of mushrooms, a paradise for foraging lovers. The Mas de la Boque is a 30 min drive (horseback rides in summer, tobogganing and snowshoeing in winter) and the house is also on the way to the Régordane for hikers. Walking access to the villa: fishing, mushrooms, hikes, rivers, bike ride, municipal swimming pool, pizzeria, grocery store, Cezarenque farm... We personally recommend the establishment "Guinguette La Pépine" in order to spend a sweet afternoon by the pool as well as a wonderful evening around a friendly dinner.
