Carefully decorated and superbly equipped: swimming pool (3.50 x 10 m), games room, gym... it is ideally located in a tourist region where the Vaucluse, Ardèche, Gard and Drôme departments meet. Villa Thea welcomes you for a memorable vacation! The space Villa Thea has undergone a magical transformation! Already a Superhost elsewhere, we decided to give our villa a little makeover. If you're the type to love surprises (and who isn't?), then you'll love this adventure. Imagine yourself on a hectare of wooded land, overlooking the vineyards that would make even the most romantic sunsets blush. And guess what? No curious neighbors spying on your dance skills on the terrace! But wait, there's more: if a little hint of suspense doesn't scare you, the trip to Villa Thea promises unforgettable moments. More photos? We have them, of course, but it's like unwrapping Christmas presents before the big day. Sleeping? Comfortable bedding and cozy rooms. Bedroom 1: one double bed 160 cm Bedroom 2: a double bed 140 cm Bedroom 3: family room with a 160 cm double bed + a 90 cm single bed Bedroom 4: a double bed 160 cm Bedroom 5 / Dormitory: 6 single beds 90 cm that can be combined to make 3 double beds 180 cm to create a symphony of snoring or a choreography of dreams, depending on the mood ;-) All bedrooms with a 160 cm bed can also accommodate a crib. Recreation in the immediate vicinity: tree climbing 5 min drive away (10 min walk through the forest), visit to cellars and tastings at the estates (less than 5 minutes), river swimming, listed villages, troglodyte site of Barry... Gourmet restaurant or fast food nearby, there is something for everyone! Quiet while enjoying a supermarket, gas station and highway exit 5 minutes from the house! Back at the villa after a day of discovery, swimming pool, games room, books and even sports equipment... everything is there, so you can pretend to do physical or intellectual exercise before collapsing on the sofa! Summer holidays: Check-in 6 p.m. / Check-out 10 a.m. o SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon arrival, in the form of 3 checks of 500 euros from 3 different people. o 👶 BABY-SITTING Upon request. o 🛏 HOUSE LINEN It is not included in the price but we can provide it if you wish. Linens include: - a shower sheet (70 x 170 cm) - bath mat - fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases (for each bed) The price is €20 per person.
