Relax with the whole family and friends in our beautiful fully renovated stone house. Located within walking distance to Gavray, you will enjoy this small town full of unique shops(3 bakeries, 2 grocery stores, 1 butcher, gas station, restaurants…) and its Saturday’s farmers market. Gavray is well centralized. The Mont Saint Michel is about 45 minutes away, the D day beaches are about 1 hour away and Granville is 20 minutes away. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with a dining area. One bedroom is on the ground floor with 2 single beds and a bathroom attached to it. The first floor has a bathroom, living room and a bedroom with a king size bed. The top floor has a bedroom with 3 single beds. Please note this bedroom is accessible by a narrow staircase. Outside you will find a small garden area with grass and a barn where barbecues, beach items…. Are stored. In the back we recently added a large deck which is accessible at the first floor.
