Landhaus am Schindelberglift - Suite Deluxe

Our country house at the Schindelberglift is located in one of the most beautiful holiday regions of Bavaria. The main attractions are already included in the price - OberstaufenPlusCard (ski pass, mountain railways, e-bike, aquaria, climbing park, summer tobogganing). Our modern Deluxe Suite with about 140 sqm on one level and with a small sunny terrace and adjoining meadows is very special and offers plenty of space for our guests. No parties allowed - quiet hours must always be observed. The space Our chic apartment "Suite Deluxe" on approx. 140 sqm on one level for up to 8 people is completely new - without steps and with a small terrace at ground level and on the adjacent meadows. The "Suite Deluxe" is intended to bring you even more exclusivity - this is ensured, among other things, by the XXL living/dining area with huge window fronts to the north and west for sun-drenched hours in the heart of the Allgäu. Otherwise, we have put a lot of effort into ensuring that you lack nothing and pursue our motto - Allgäu in a modern way. No party groups (celebration groups, etc.) allowed - always pay attention to the night's rest. -2 bedrooms (double bed and two single beds; double bed) - In the living area, two more single beds (90×200 fold-out as a wall/wardrobe bed) -1 XXL living/dining area with equipped brand kitchen incl. island, bar, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination - 2 coffee machines (Senseo Philips pad and filter), kettle, toaster - 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower, hair dryer, towel, initial toilet paper and soap - Small terrace with access to meadows, fire bowl and tripod grill on the common playground/lawn (charcoal/wood/lighter must be brought) - Use of the playground and lawn of the country house with additional barbecue area - Underfloor heating - Fiber optic Wi-Fi (free of charge) - 55-inch smart TV -Free Parking - Bed linen, a bath towel for each person, dish towels, dish sponge, dishwashing liquid - Any food (including oil, vinegar, spices, coffee, sugar...) must be brought. - No washing machine (in "emergencies" we will surely find a way to wash and dry your laundry) With the in-house ski feeder lift (operation may be restricted depending on the snow conditions and operation of the connecting lift, no permanent lift - only serves as a feeder lift to the Imbergbahn), you can reach the entire ski area from the house and via a route you can get back to the house - you can save yourself driving. Also included in the price is the OberstaufenPlus card (ski pass for the entire area, in summer use of all mountain railways, admission to Oberstaufen leisure pool, admission to Thalkirchdorf outdoor pool, Hauber climbing park - 30 min. hiking trail from the house)... Additional charges (to be paid on site): Tourist tax (will be forwarded by us directly to the municipality) Pet fee: €30 per booking and pet - max. 2 dogs allowed.
