The space The accommodation is as follows : On the ground floor : - 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Access to the 12m² veranda (east-facing), with table, chairs, microwave oven and plancha grill - Kitchenette with electric kettle, toaster, hob and washing machine - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), wardrobe - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor : - A mezzanine with 2 single beds The mezzanine is equipped with a new Velux window, giving you total darkness at night. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in very pleasant surroundings. The footpath to the beach is located directly outside the residence. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Activities : - Saint-Cyprien offers the chance to discover its port and the Capellans lagoon. - The Parc de la Prade has 3 pools, a multipurpose rollerblading track, a sports trail, a city stadium, children's play areas, a picnic area and a protected bird sanctuary. - On summer nights, every Tuesday and Thursday, the traditional summer activities of seaside resorts are organized. - The Eastern Pyrenees offer a wealth of different things to discover Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
