House – Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer
Renovated house, Saint Jacut de la Mer, 50m from the beach, GR34, Emerald Coast
Description
50 m from La Banche beach 🏖️ and the shopping street: bakery🥖, newsstand, supermarket, restaurants🍴, souvenirs, bars and the pretty Friday market, this former small fisherman's house, enlarged over the years and renovated, combines modernity and some traces of the past. A small private passage leads you to the heart of the village. No need for a tide clock, a glance out the upstairs window will be enough to know the schedule: swimming, walking to the Île des Hébiens or fishing? The space Please note that in our accommodation, there are 2 double beds: 160 cm (5' 3") on the ground floor and 140 cm (4' 7") upstairs. The smallest bedroom is equipped with a mezzanine bed more suitable for children, measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. The sofa on the ground floor is not intended for use by guests and is locked. Outdoor furniture is generally brought out around the end of March and put away for the winter in November. You have access to the outdoor shower to rinse your feet and belongings when you return from the beach. Guest access When you arrive at the property, you need to get out of the car to open the gate manually. There is a small key in the mailbox at the entrance so you can lock the door if you wish. There is a lockbox for self-check-in and self-check-out when we are unable to be there. It is located on the first post of the front door. Other things to note Please do not vacuum the stove, as this may cause it to stop working. When you stay for a week or longer in winter, you can spread the ashes on the lawn. We take care of cleaning the stove. Please note that for winter rentals, the heating temperature will not exceed 19.5 °C (67 °F), as we leave the wood-burning stove available for use. Thank you for respecting the rules.
