Located in the heart of a peaceful hamlet surrounded by nature 20 minutes from Agen. This property with a huge private pool 16mx6m can accommodate up to 11 people. You will be surrounded by plum fields with a panoramic view of the lake. A superb private petanque court is available for you to challenge your family or friends. The space The vacation rental is composed of: - On the ground floor: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, one bathroom with separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, freezer, ….) Living room Dining room with tv ( netflix at your disposal) Laundry area Direct access to your private terrace The 16 m x 6 m private pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. - Upstairs: Bedroom 2 with a 140 bed Bedroom 3 with two 90 beds Mezzanine area where you can find a 140 bed and a 90 bed Also with an extra bed (BZ-style sofa bed) Looking forward to welcoming you!
