Ideal for couples or family getaways but also for work stays. On the ground floor you will have an independent entrance that will take you to the living room consisting of an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed (with extra charge) and foosball, a bathroom (shower, vanity, wc). Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a sleeping area for one person (single bed) with desk and a suite with its bathroom (corner bathtub + vanity). Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden with landscaping (to be shared with the owners), a private terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, barbecue, plancha, sunbeds, boulodrome. Secure parking on the property. The beds will be made on arrival, towels and linen provided, heating and electricity included (within the limit of normal consumption, i.e. €7.70/day - meter reading on arrival/departure).
