The private rooftop terrace, with a view of the belfry, is your exclusive outdoor space for playing, enjoying an aperitif, or savoring summer evenings. Secure private parking, elevator from the parking area to the 3rd floor, bicycle storage room, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, refrigerator with freezer. Washer-dryer, iron, hairdryer.
