Welcome to Appart'Basly! This apartment on the ground floor of a house located 10 kilometers from the beach of Courseulles will be the perfect opportunity to discover our beautiful Normandy coast with a shared garden and private terrace! This home is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service that listens to its guests. The space You will enter the accommodation through a private entrance with storage room that serves the living room composed of: - a sitting area with a sofa bed (provide sheets, suitable for a teenager or 2 children because it is small and not very thick (about 120 x 190 cm) - a television - a dining area with a dining table The kitchen is open to the living room and includes the following: - refrigerator/freezer - microwave - baking sheets - filter coffee maker - oven - kettle, - toaster - dishes The living room is open to the private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and the garden shared with the apartment above. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as a washing machine. Included: Wifi, linens (towels, sheets except for the sofa, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dishwashing liquid and a garbage bag. For the rest of the stay, we will let you buy the necessities. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small house (the owner lives upstairs in another apartment). You will have the apartment to yourself. You'll have a set of keys. Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Check-out is until 10 a.m. at the latest.
