Attractive 68m2 duplex apartment just outside Paris. Ideal for families!

This elegant duplex is my everyday apartment, dear to my heart. It has been fitted out and decorated by me with a lot of love. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people (with the possibility of adding an inflatable mattress for 2 other people) and has an underground parking space. It is located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the Fort d'Aubervilliers metro station (line 7) - Ideal for the Olympics! You can find all the amenities in the surrounding area.
