The area is 160 m² and offers all the comforts necessary for an ideal stay. Relax in a serene atmosphere, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 14-minute walk from the large beach of La Baule. Nearby you will find all the necessary amenities: shops, restaurants and leisure activities. The cover must always be installed after each use, especially for the safety of children. You have an explanatory video for the installation and removal of the cover. You should always supervise children and non-swimmers. The house has an electric gate with code opening. The code will be communicated to you by the concierge before your arrival. Indoor parking allows you to park up to 2 cars. parking spaces on the street are numerous and free. The house allows for self check-in. You have a code key box, a code that the concierge will communicate to you before your arrival Other things to note This rental has a concierge service with a team available for your stay. This furnished accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, however 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a toilet are on the same level. No pets allowed in this rental. Fires in the fireplace are strictly prohibited. For the rental of our house, a security deposit of €1000 will be requested via credit card before check-in. This is not a direct debit, but a payment authorization blocked on your card. At the end of your stay, after checking the condition of the premises, the deposit will be fully released if no damage is found. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed.
