Relax in a unique and tranquil space! This charming guest house boasts an exceptional location, with its saltwater infinity pool (shared with another two-person gîte) and spectacular views over the Dordogne. Ideally located in the Périgord Noir, close to the Golden Triangle with its tourist attractions and Sarlat. THIS IS AN ADULTS ONLY ACCOMODATION. The space THIS IS AN ADULTS ONLY ACCOMODATION. The house is an old barn converted with a bright, modern extension, a judicious blend of old and contemporary. It comprises a large open-plan living room and fitted kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Outside, you'll find a large terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and a fireplace in a beautiful garden. A large shared saltwater swimming pool completes the accommodation. Due to its riverside location and swimming pool, the property is not suitable for children under 18. Pets are not accepted. Household linen (tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats), bed linen and towels are included in the price. Outdoor activities such as canoeing, horseback riding, hot-air ballooning and golf are just a short distance from the property. We can organize a wine-tasting day on request (by reservation only), and an experienced chef can prepare your meals during your stay and introduce you to traditional local or exotic cuisine on request, but this must be booked in advance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage and a private patio. The pool and garden are shared with a 2 person cottage. We cannot accept children at this time. The pool is not fenced and our insurance will not allow it.
