There is a large living room, a large dining room, a children's playroom, a kitchen, a laundry room and 2 toilets on the ground floor. The garden is equipped with a swimming pool, the water is heated and accessible ONLY from the end of May to the end of September. There is a clay tennis court, a petanque court, a swing, a badminton net, a ping pong table. Tennis, ping pong and badminton rackets are available on site. There are several garden furniture and deckchairs, outdoor tables as well as a courtyard to park 3 cars, 4 cars can also be parked next to the courtyard. Guest access Pedestrian access to the property is via 48 Rue de la Croix. Car access to park inside the property is via the Impasse des Fontaines (at the end of the cul-de-sac, behind the CCAS retirement home), located at the back of the property. Other things to note Accommodation: The accommodation has undergone a major renovation of interior renovation and also a number of upgrades in order to better sanitize the building. Not everything is finished yet, there are still finishes to be finished, bedroom 5 to be renovated and some other spaces such as the laundry room, the entrance hall, the stairs or the hallway of the floor will be renovated later. The accommodation is not heated between May and October, as indicated in the accommodation amenities, heating is not included. Swimming pool: I would like to point out that the pool is heated and accessible only from the 3rd weekend of May until the 1st weekend of October inclusive. charcoal barbecues are available but charcoal is not supplied.
