There is a large living room, a large dining room, a children's playroom, a kitchen, a laundry room and 2 toilets on the ground floor. The garden is equipped with a swimming pool, the water is heated and accessible ONLY from the end of May to the end of September. There is a clay tennis court, a petanque court, a swing, a badminton net, and a ping pong table. Tennis rackets, ping pong and badmington are available on site. Not everything is finished yet, there are still finishes to be completed, bedroom 5 to be renovated and some other spaces such as the laundry room, the entrance hall, the stairs or the upstairs hallway will be renovated later. The accommodation is not heated between May and October, as indicated in the accommodation's amenities, heating is not included. Swimming pool: i want to clarify that the swimming pool is heated and accessible only from the 3rd weekend of May until the 1st weekend of October included. charcoal barbecues are available but charcoal is not provided. There are tongs, a skewer, a brush and skewer picks on site. Tennis: The tennis court is not new and is reserved for amateurs. It is simply composed of 10 cm of compacted sand with lines pointed directly into the sand and a few fragile ones.
