The space This architect-designed house, extremely bright, extends over a plot of 5,500 m2. The main house is on 2 floors. The ground floor is composed of a living room/open kitchen of 80 m2 with an office space for the most studious. You will find in the first sleeping area, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with walk-in shower, as well as 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite. A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine / dryer / ironing board / steam unit... Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (including 1 with private terrace overlooking the countryside) and 1 bathroom with island bathtub and walk-in shower. The 35 m2 outbuilding ("La Cabane de Remy") has a bedroom (queen size bed 160 x 200), a living room + equipped kitchen, with sofa bed (daily bed) and a shower room. Built 8 years ago, the house is perfectly insulated (heat and sound). The garden, which covers more than 5,500 m2, includes a shaded part, under the oaks, with a landscaped petanque court, as well as a large sunny terrace with swimming pool (4 m X 9.5 m) secured by a roller shutter. it is possible to install a badminton court. A ping pong table is also available. The sandbox (in the shade) will welcome the youngest. Everything necessary for baby is available: 2 umbrella beds, 1 high chair, 1 playpen, 1 bathtub, babycook... A little extra daily, the estate has 4 chickens. You can enjoy their eggs every day and the pleasure of picking them up with the youngest. Guest access Rental from Saturday to Saturday during the 2 months of the summer season. The pool is completely private, there are no shared areas. It closes with a roller shutter for child safety. As a reminder, for your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning is scheduled for your stay, but garbage cans must be removed and dishes cleaned and put in place in the kitchens. One hour from Bordeaux, 35 minutes from Saint Emilion, 30 minutes from Bergerac, the house is ideally located in the heart of the vineyards of Bergerac/Montravel, between Bergerac, St Émilion, and Monbazillac. The nearest railway station and shops are in Montpon, 7 km from the house. The city has local shops (bakeries, butchers...) and a supermarket (Intermarché and Fnac). A bakery is also accessible 4 km away (St Martin de Gurson)
