The ground floor is composed of an open living/kitchen on 80 m2 with an office space for the more studious. You will find in the first sleeping area, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with walk-in shower, as well as 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite. A fully equipped laundry room with washing machine / dryer /ironing table/ steamer... Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (including 1 with private terrace overlooking the countryside) and 1 bathroom with island bath and walk-in shower. The 35m2 outbuilding ("La Cabane de Remy") has one bedroom (queen size bed 160x200), living room + equipped kitchen, with sofa bed (daily sleeping) and bathroom. Built 8 years ago, the house is perfectly insulated (calorific and acoustic).
