Close to all shops and amenities, it is ideally located 300 meters from one of the famous landing beaches (Gold Beach) and its pontoons. And also: - 5 minutes from Arromanches and its museums. - 20 minutes from the medieval city of Bayeux. - 35 minutes from Caen, a city steeped in history. The space Duplex (upstairs of a detached house) with separate entrance via an external staircase. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Additional information: - The cleaning fee of €50 is included in the price at the time of booking. They will not be requested from you in addition upon arrival. - Sheets, shower towels (one per person), and tea towels are provided at no additional cost (already included in the cleaning fee). - For the additional equipment mentioned in the listing (high chair, small cododo baby bed, and umbrella bed) an amount of €5 per day and per equipment will be requested in addition (please specify this at the time of booking). - For the Green'Up outlet (to recharge electric vehicles) the consumption will be paid in addition: price according to the price list of the EDF TEMPO option. - Our house is located in a quiet and family-friendly subdivision, so it is important that your stay is peaceful. - It is not allowed to smoke/vape inside the accommodation but it is possible in the outdoor space (an ashtray is stored in the barbecue). - Our pets absolutely cannot access your private space. - We have a playground for our daughters that is not mentioned in the listing description (as we prefer to keep it private for safety reasons) but which your children may have access to under your supervision and your full responsibility.
