Welcome to the Fichtel Mountains near Kirchenlamitz in the Oberschieda apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of our house and is ideal for families and those seeking relaxation. Our house is located in the countryside in an idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. On our extensive grounds (not fenced), our guests have a grill, a parking space or garage right next to the house and the children have a swing and a sandbox. The space The apartment (125 square meters) has a separate entrance. It consists of a kitchen with exit to the covered terrace (28 sqm), a play and reading room in which another bed can be provided. The living room is equipped with a corner couch and TV (SAT). The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed (1807200) and a crib and in front of it is a small balcony overlooking the forest. The second bedroom is a single bedroom (90/200) with sink. The third bedroom is equipped with beds standing one behind the other (90/195 open at the bottom) which cannot be put together. The initial equipment includes bed linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, sufficient dishes, pots, cutlery and everything you need for cooking. Dish soap and dish towels are provided. In addition, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board, iron and a safe are provided. A bathroom with shower, toilet, toilet paper, two sinks, washing machine and washing powder are available. Another toilet is located in the hallway outside the apartment. Guest access Arrival is possible from 4 pm to 7 pm. Departure is possible from 8 am to 10 am. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The key handover takes place on site. The Förmitzspeicher and a forest bath (Schiedateich) are 2 km and 3 km away, respectively, and invite you to swim in summer. Weißenstadt with a lake and Gesund-Zeit-Resort are 12 km away. The Wagner city of Bayreuth is 50 km away. With us you will stay away from everyday stress in a quiet location by the forest.
