Finistère Vacation Home – La Torche

Holiday home in southern Finistère, renovated in 2023, close to the Pointe de la Torche! Ideally located 3 km from the famous surf spot, you can easily discover the Pays Bigouden and Finistère from the house! Between the sea and the countryside, you will be in a quiet place to recharge your batteries, stroll and taste the local specialties! The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - Large bright living room: open kitchen, dining room and living room. This space is very nice for getting together. - Small living room/TV room. - Bedroom with 2 single beds that are pushed together to make a double bed and a dresser to store clothes. - Bathroom with shower and sink. - Toilet. - Airlock before entrance to take off shoes and put on clothes, overalls, etc. UPSTAIRS: - Large bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, desk and sink. - Bedroom with 4 single beds and a desk. - Toilet OUTSIDE: The large garden consists of several spaces, perfect for meeting together or being quiet! Guest access You will have access to all parts of the house and garden. Please note that the garden is not enclosed in places. Other things to note Important information: - the garden is not fenced - we do not accept pets (we love them very much, but there are already dogs in the neighborhood and do not want to risk an incompatibility ;)) - we do not charge a cleaning fee but the house must be left in the condition in which you found it otherwise a fixed price of €150 will be charged at the end of the stay.
