Spread over 2 levels: On the ground floor: - Living room with equipped kitchen, living room and TV. - 15 m² bedroom (with 140 x 190 double bed) overlooking the garden - 1 WC - Garage Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (with double bed 140 x 190) with garden view - 1 office with baby bed. - a bathroom (shower) - a bathroom with bathtub and toilet Wi-Fi (very high speed fiber) throughout the house. One shower towel provided per person. Optional bed linen: + €10 per bed. Guest access Parking is available on the street (free) or in the garage for a small car or motorcycle. House not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Presence of an external camera for the control of entrances. Other things to note Cleaning at the end of the stay: the house must be returned clean as on your arrival: vacuum cleaner and mop throughout the house. Cleaning of bathrooms, toilet and kitchen. If not, a penalty will be charged (€25/hour of cleaning). Otherwise, you can take the cleaning option at €50 (stay of 1 to 3 nights) or €100 (from 4 nights).
