A haven in the heart of the Cézallier, overlooking the Cantal mountains and the vastness of the landscape, where everything invites you to slow down: silence, light, and wide-open spaces. Perched at 1,200 meters in the alpine pastures, this exceptional gîte, a former building from the 1950s, is extremely comfortable. Carefully restored, the essentials have been preserved: light, spaciousness. Wherever you are in the house, the view is stunning. A bow window, a panoramic veranda, and windows frame the scenery, the clouds, and the play of light. Here, we live in harmony with the outdoors. The space The house combines simplicity and comfort: Fully equipped kitchen, bright spaces, 1950s-inspired décor, designed with no frills. Just 800 meters (half a mile) from the house is the charming village of Montgreleix, the highest in Cantal.
