Quiet accommodation, dead end, with covered terrace and garden, parking space. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, fridge with freezer compartment, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, etc., and a washing machine is also available. Direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the garden , with garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, and an outdoor terrace part with sunbeds. The kitchen is open to a living room with TNT TV, orange decoder, wifi, sofa, coffee table, 4 table with extension cords for up to 6 people, board games, books, magazines and tourist leaflets, as well as a toilet and storage room. On the first floor, a bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a king size bed, a dresser, a TNT TV, toys and children's books. A second bedroom with a double bed in 140, a dresser, a TNT TV, possibility to add an extra bed or an umbrella bed on request. On the landing, a toilet and a bathroom with shower tub, towel dryer, hair dryer, towels available. The accommodation is fully fenced and equipped to accommodate children and babies with an umbrella bed, sunbed, high chair, bath chair, potty, toilet reducer, safety gate ect ... NB: the beds will be made for a comfortable arrival, towels provided. The ceiling height of the shower may be less comfortable for people measuring more than 1m85 because under attic.
