In the evening, enjoy beautiful moments on the terrace around a barbecue. The space The house is about 120m2. It has a large living room with a super equipped and functional kitchen. TV is in the lounge. A space is reserved to document the tourist interests of the area. A long hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has its shower and a wash basin. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a sink. There are 2 toilets including 1 in the bathroom. The garden is partially enclosed so as not to have direct access to the pond. The house is located in the heart of a vast estate, surrounded by farmland, woods and ponds, offering an ideal natural setting to unwind. Many communal paths border the property and allow for magnificent walks or bike rides, in peace, in the countryside. To fully enjoy the surroundings, bicycles are at your disposal: 2 adult bicycles, 1 teen/adult bicycle, as well as 2 children's bicycles (for 140 cm and 120 cm). The house is very well-equipped to guarantee maximum comfort: quality equipment, several sets of dishes, welcome products, and new bedding. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided, as well as tea towels. Outside, you can also enjoy a plancha, outdoor games, and two garden lounges, to move freely according to your desires to make the most of the land and the sunshine. Guest access The accommodation is fully privatized for guests, as is the garden, which you will enjoy exclusively. Other things to note The telephone network is not efficient.
