The space The studio includes: • Fiber optic Wi-Fi Internet connection. • A fully equipped kitchenette with: two induction cooktops, an oven, a microwave, a range hood, a fridge-freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster and a sink. • A manual exterior blackout shutter and a blackout blind for the front door peephole, allowing you to sleep in total darkness. • Full set of dishes: four frying pans, one saucepan, one casserole, one drainer, cutlery, two wine glasses, one tray, one container, one carafe, etc. • A small 2 m² bathroom with toilet, small sink, mirror, and shower with sliding wall (note: there is no towel dryer). • A washing machine (8 kilos). • A pull-out bed with two memory foam mattresses of 90 x 190 cm, thickness 16 cm. • Linens and towels provided according to the number of people (two towels for one person and four towels for two people). •. A desk with desk lamp and chair for working. • A small dining table with two chairs. • A wardrobe with mirror, dressing room and shelves. • An HD Smart TV with FreeBox. • Cleaning products provided: broom, dustpan, shovel, bucket, mop, toilet paper and garbage bag. • A small common terrace on the ground floor, with table and two chairs, just in front of the studio.
