The space Your private hill immerses you in the best of San Carlos's Costa Rica with amazing views of volcano, mountains, lakes and nature. There are 2 main bedroom structures separated by large pool and hot tub which accommodate up to 14 guests. La Casa de la Montana offers a 3-level villa: -Top level (Family suite) consists of an air-conditioned Family suite which has a king size bed, an area across with 3 twin size beds, a separate area with 1 single bed, as well as a sitting area with small table. -Mid level (Dalia and Hugo suite) has 2 air-conditioned suites with balconies all around and a center sitting area. -Bottom level (Kitchenette suite) is a studio/kitchenette with a double bed and AC. Villa Laurel offers a 2-level villa: -The upper level (Vista suite) has a huge balcony with view of pool and volcano. -The lower level (Garden suite) opens to Laurel open kitchen, dining area and has a garden bath with tub and shower. *Both levels offer air-conditioned, full bath, a king size bed and lots of character. :) There is a private massage area on the lower level of Guava Bungalow. We rent the entire top of the mountain to only your group so you will be creating amazing memories in your own private paradise. Pura Vida ! Guest access You will have access to the entire mountain top plus farm areas. You will have a large private pool overlooking the volcano as well as a 40-meter-long lap pool and a hot tub. Your group will be able to explore the entire hill and surrounding areas. The papaya plantation or the Arenal river is just a short hike away. Villa Laurel (next to pool) has a fully equipped kitchen, TV and dining/gathering space with amazing views. On the other side of the mountain top to the left of entrance, you will find the Reception Gazebo with a large kitchen, dining table and sitting areas where you can gather with your loved ones and enjoy amazing mountain top views too. Our guests enjoy this peaceful setting after a day of zip lining, white water rafting, hiking, or nature tours. You will be amazed by the breathtaking views from everywhere you stand on this mountain. Other things to note The large open field on top of mountain is where you will have lots of space to play. We have a shop galleria down the hill called El Turul. Stop by, meet our staff and get a 10% discount on souvenirs. There are stairs to access all villas with the exception of the Garden suite on the 1st level of Villa Laurel where there are no stairs. There are 2 pet dogs and 2 pet cats that live in the property but stay outside of all bedrooms. Our watchman, Juan stays down the hill by El Turul. Owners stay on bottom level of Reception Gazebo.
