Very spacious 4-bedroom house, with south-facing terrace, garden and garage, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Quietly located in the pretty village of Kervin, municipality of Piriac. The charming beach of Lérat is a few minutes walk away by a pleasant pedestrian path (600 m). The space The house has just been fully renovated. It is spacious with its 140 m2 (+ a large adjoining closed garage, ideal for storing all beach equipment and bicycles). There are 4 large bedrooms with 160 cm beds and large closets. One bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom and there are 2 other shared bathrooms. The living room consists of a living room, dining room and a large open kitchen, very well equipped, overlooking the terrace. Outside, a large south-facing terrace and a fenced and wooded garden. The sea is 600 m away via a path that starts from the garden. Other things to note The house is offered as a base without linens (sheets and towels). However, you can rent it by specifying it to us and paying upon arrival. The kits are €20 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed (sheets + towels).
