Description

Large fortified house in a Burgundian village less than 2 hours from Paris. Enjoy the calm of the countryside in this old bicentenary house restored with respect for the old stones and exposed beams. In less than 30 minutes, you can: - discover unique swimming spots (Paisy Cosdon, the Orient lakes) - discover the Burgundian vineyards, - visit the Champagne cellars, - admire the streets of Troyes, - discover the small villages in the heart of the Othe forest. The space Welcome to this house which is also my home. This is the place I live and where I work, create, draw and tattoo (behind the green dining room door), so it's normal that you find personal belongings in the furniture of each room. piece. I welcome you as if you were at home, so I would be grateful if you would respect the place as your own home. It is an old building which is being renovated, please be understanding about the condition of the premises (the finishes are not all finished in each room, however the cleaning is done and the house is perfectly clean) and to understand that she has lived a lot and that her imperfections are also part of her charm. We welcome your suggestions to improve the experience of each visitor. Guest access KITCHEN The utensils are distributed on the splashback and in the cupboards (blue doors) as well as in the small black cabinet. Dishwasher: the washing tablets are under the sink. If there is a shortage of rinse aid or salt, do not worry. You can put everything in there except silverware and the small steel frying pan. Coffee machine: there are coffee beans in a jar above the fridge.
The red light that flashes with a container is for emptying the coffee grounds (into the compost). The indicator light with the carafe is for refilling water (running from the tap, there is a filter included) Gas cooker: classic operation. The cylinder is in the cabinet on the right. If there is no more gas, please change the bottle (a refill in the cabinet on the right) and notify me so that I can have a filled one. Oven: it is electric, simple and intuitive operation. Please note, it only works when the timer is started (on the left). Tea towels and hand towels in the cupboard closest to the high window. Napkins and napkin rings in the red table drawer. LIVING ROOM The books are freely available for consultation, please return them to their original location. Board games are available for self-service in the penultimate low cabinet (blue) on the left. Bluetooth speaker: simply turn it on to connect (Mu-so). GARDEN Compost: wooden bin at the bottom left. Please only put organic waste in it. Barbecue: you have coal and/or vine branches available under the work surface of the lean-to. Please add more if you finish it.
Do not use it under the shed but in the open, otherwise you will smoke... Be sure to extinguish the hot ashes. You can put the cold ashes in the compost. Sometimes pigeons come to visit the lean-to at the bottom of the garden and leave traces of their passage there. Please forgive me if this happens between cleaning the house and your arrival.

WC Ground floor The books are at your disposal. The wallpaper is being repaired, your good ideas are welcome! BATHROOM There is a shared bathroom and another in the largest bedroom. Be careful when flushing the toilets in the bathroom which is sometimes a little capricious. Handle with care.
You have clean towels available in it. HOUSEHOLD LINENS Sheets, duvets, blankets, towels and bath towels are in the cupboard at the top of the stairs. There are a few blankets or duvets in the bedroom wardrobes. TRASH BIN Household trash in the black kitchen trash can.
