Start your mornings with coffee on the deck and end your evenings by the riverfront fire pit, just down your own private set of stairs to the majestic Broad River, where this home enjoys its own peaceful stretch of riverfront access. While the river area may look a little different from listing photos depending on the season and weather, it’s still the perfect spot to relax, recharge, or explore! Inside the home you’ll find: - 4 bedrooms: a king bed in the upstairs loft, a queen room & a full-size bedroom on the main floor, and a playful bunk room in the basement - 2.5 bathrooms for plenty of comfort and convenience - An open living space with soaring ceilings, cozy seating, and a propane fireplace - A fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, air hockey table, outdoor hammock, and more - A riverfront fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table Tucked in the trees with river views from the upper deck, Broad River Roost also offers easy access to Riverbend’s private lakes (perfect for swimming, tubing and fishing), beach, and hiking trails. IF YOU PLAN ON ARRIVING AFTER 7 pm Call our office to coordinate after hours access. Our Office Address: 109 Arcade Street, Lake Lure 28746 Check out is at 10 am Other things to note ✔️Confirm number of guests ✔️Check house rules ✔️You will be required to electronically sign a separate vacation rental agreement as required by NC Vacation Rental Act before your reservation is secured. ✔️Your total amount listed on the Mr Lake Lure® Vacation Rental Agreement may be different from the amount paid to the 3rd party site you book through. All third-party sites charge differing amounts as service fees to guests for using their services. We have no control over those fees and do not collect them. ✔️You will also need to provide a copy of your government issued ID to our company with your current mailing address and contact information. ✔️You will need to provide vehicle information: tag, state, make and model for each vehicle on premises ✔️Dog fees will be collected separately from your reservation ****************** Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, through the first quarter (March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. No personal watercraft will be allowed on the lake during this time. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season.
