The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room with a sofa/bed of 140X200 cm, a beautiful bedroom with storage and a double bed 160x200cm. The 9 sqm balcony, facing west, offers extra space, very sunny for lunch with garden table and umbrella: perfect for aperitifs in the evening sun;) The bathroom consists of a bathtub, sink cabinet, washer/dryer and wooden ladder. Separate toilet + large entrance. Non-smoking apartment. Free outdoor parking space. Secure bike room available, but I cannot 100% guarantee that there will be space when you arrive. Otherwise, a private mini cellar can store 2 bikes. The village center with its shops, restaurants is a 500 m walk, the bike path and bike rental 30 m, the lake and its beautiful beaches 5 min and Annecy 10 km. The apartment is located at the foot of a small climbing cliff and close to many hiking trails that will take you to wilderness. In 40 min by car or bus, you can reach the family ski resort of Le Semnoz, where many activities are practiced, summer and winter, without ever getting tired of the panorama it offers. Pets allowed (2 max): €5/pet/day. Guest access Located set back from the road between Annecy and Albertville by the bike path that goes around the lake. The residence is located in a small condominium, quiet, with free outdoor parking spaces and a private space in a covered parking lot.
