The awakening

Cottage on the heights of a village between land and sea, south-facing, the temperature does not exceed 25°C in the cottage during a heatwave, garden, comfort for tourists, families (2 parents, 2 children/teenagers/adults maximum, and 2 babies), and workers on business trips, 5 minutes from the Paluel power plant (accommodation for 3 workers). Private parking, 850 m² plot. Ideal environment with everything within 5 minutes: Lake Caniel, beaches, hiking, golf, bowling. Unavailable from November to early March. Dog allowed, not cats. The space An entrance of 10 m2 with a bar stool and bar, a kitchen of 20 m2 with a table and all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, toaster, Tassimo, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, traditional oven, gas hob, and all the necessary cooking utensils), a living room of 40 m2 (with a 3-seater sofa and 2 individual armchairs, a giant screen, a large dining table, a single sofa bed, 2 modular baby travel cots), 2 bedrooms each approximately 12 m2 (one with a double bed; the other with a single bed), a bathroom, a separate WC, and a cloakroom. Each bedroom has storage furniture and a chair. Electric or manual roller shutters in all the rooms. Onsite phone charger with multiple cable types. Guest access All areas of the vacation rental are accessible to guests. Other things to note We welcome families, tourists and business travellers. The gîte can accommodate 5/6 people, with the following options: a couple and 2 teenagers/children and 2 babies. Optionally, a maximum of 6 people depending on their ages. A maximum of three business travellers can be accommodated. Roller shutters in the bedrooms and on the entire south-facing facade to keep the rooms cool in summer. The linen provided includes: all sheets, tea towels and shower towels. Children's blankets; socket covers, impact protection on table corners, children's toilet seat reducer, booster seat. It is advisable for children to have their own pillows.
