Cottage in a village between land and sea, south-facing, garden, comfort suitable for tourists and families (2 adults, one or two children or teenagers maximum), workers traveling 5 minutes from the Paluel power station (accommodation provided for a maximum of two workers). Private parking, enclosed land of 850 m2. Exceptional environment 5 min away: Lac de Caniel, Veulettes beach, hiking, golf, bowling. Perpetual activities. Great place for rest. The space A 10 m2 entrance with bar stool and bar, a 20 m2 kitchen with table and all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, toaster, Tassimo, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, traditional oven, gas stove, and all the necessary kitchen equipment), a 40 m2 room and living room (with 3-seater sofa and 2 individual armchairs, a giant screen, a large 8-person table), 2 bedrooms each about 12 m2 (one with double bed; the other with double mezzanine bed, adult/child/teen single bed), bathroom, separate toilet, cloakroom. Each room has storage furniture and chair... a baby bed is available in the room. Close to bedroom 1, if parents sleep there. Electric or manual roller shutters in all rooms. On-site phone charger with multiple cable types. Guest access All areas of the vacation rental are accessible to guests. Other things to note We welcome families, tourists, or business travelers. The cottage can accommodate 5 people of your choice: a couple, 2 teenagers or children. Optionally, maximum 4 people depending on age. A maximum of two business travelers can be accommodated. Roller shutters in the bedrooms as well as on the entire south facade to preserve the freshness in summer. The linen provided includes: all sheets, tea towels, shower towels. Child blankets; outlet covers, shock protection on table corners, child toilet reducer, child seat booster. It is desirable that children have their own pillows.
