The space This high-end apartment is located on the 13th floor of the Porte bleue, one of the emblematic buildings of the Joliette district. Built facing the sea, the building welcomes visitors. The facade is composed of multiple white vaults, reminiscent of Mediterranean architecture. When you enter the apartment, you have an immediate feeling of well-being, space and tranquility. We have taken particular care to choose high-end furniture, equipment and materials, in order to offer you a unique experience. With a simple press, you will open all the custom-made curtains. The large equipped kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant and family stay: fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, refined dishes ... The dining area and its large table welcome you with a soothing sea view. The accommodation has a furnished terrace where you will overlook the entire city. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a door and offers the possibility of isolation beneficial to rest. The two bedrooms are equipped with high-end bedding and soft mattress toppers. On the right, a first very bright bedroom. It has a large 140/200 bed and multiple storage spaces. The view is breathtaking. The second bedroom is exceptional. The 180/200 bed, very comfortable, is surrounded by windows. The atmosphere is soft and relaxing. The bathroom is large. You will have at your disposal a bathtub, storage, a hairdryer, a washing machine/dryer, a clothes horse and a steam iron. The accommodation includes 2 toilets.
