Level 2 offers you a light-flooded bedroom, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer and a magnificent roof terrace that invites you to linger. The space The house is located in the city center and from the roof terrace you can see a landmark of Bayreuth. You are in the center of the city and it is a true gem, as on the one hand it is very central and all sights, restaurants and other activities are a throw away and on the other hand you can enjoy your absolute privacy on the roof terrace. The entire building was extensively renovated in 2022-2024 and thus has the latest installations in all areas. Our cleaning team works very thoroughly and conscientiously so that our standard of hygiene and tidiness is very high for our guests. Guest access Access is digital/electronic via an access code that will be sent on the day of arrival in the afternoon.
