Private room with private bathroom at the back of a safe & quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. House has direct backyard access to Masterson Station park and there are friendly horses that you can pet right out the back door! A dog park is within walking distance. The Kentucky Horse Park is 3 miles away, UK campus is 7 miles away, and Keeneland/airport is 8.5 miles away. The space The room is the one at the front of the house. It has a large desk, TV with a Chromecast plug-in, private bathroom, full-size bed, Lazy-Boy chair, and a closet. The house has direct park access, is in a very quiet neighborhood with no through traffic, 3 dogs that are very friendly and will be kept out of your way. House is always kept very clean and quiet! Free parking right out front on the street. Guest access Guests are welcome to using the washer, dryer, anything in kitchen, living room area. There are no parking issues as there is plenty space on the street, just please do not park in the driveway. During your stay Likely minimal... I work full time and am usually out for a run, or walking my dogs. Other things to note Back yard is fenced in
