The original roof beams are visible everywhere and give the apartment a special flair even through the open construction over two floors. From here you have a wonderful view directly into the castle garden. The apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. It is absolutely central yet very quiet. From here you can reach the sights of Ludwigskirche, the castle, the State Theater and the St. Johanner Markt with its many restaurants (for which the city is known) within walking distance in a few minutes. The apartment offers a very well equipped kitchen, a new bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a very quiet bedroom facing the rear courtyard with a new king-size box-spring bed and a living room on two floors with fantastic views of the palace garden up to the state theater on the other side of the Saar. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Saar for walking, jogging, etc. On the open gallery, a cozy armchair welcomes you to browse - and for the home office, a desk workplace with fast WiFi is available. Guest access The apartment is completely and fully usable for our guests on two floors. Other things to note The apartment is very well equipped, heating, bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic stovetop, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle are available as well as numerous kitchen utensils, spices, etc. The bathroom has been completely renovated, has a floor-to-ceiling shower and new sanitary fixtures. The living/dining area with open gallery extends over two floors and offers a view of the original roof beams from the 18th century. century. From the windows you have a fantastic view of the castle garden and up to the state theater on the other side of the Saar. An absolute plus is the very central yet quiet location: in just under 10 minutes you can reach St. Johannisplatz market and the city on foot. You do not need your car and it is safely parked in the private parking lot at the back of the building.
