You will appreciate the charm of this house whether it is inside or outside: its very large swimming pool, a fireplace, a large garden, a large terrace, a balcony, in a green setting all on a 1200m² lot and 25 minutes from the beach The space This very beautiful and large Landes house offers 4 very spacious bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a cocoon/children's playroom with a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a large covered terrace, a large natural garden without neighbors and a 13 m x 6 m swimming pool. We prefer tranquility on vacation, which is why there is no TV. Ideal for a long weekend or holidays, to gather with friends and family. True plus: a children's area upstairs with lots of board games, a PS3 console and its tv with several kid-friendly games, and a trampoline outside. Wifi is also available to you. Located in a village with many shops, the Place des plane trees hosts the market every Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Supermarket and supermarket on Mezos (7km) and Saint Julien en Born (12km). Other things to note Towels and bed linen are provided on request: €20 per room No cleaning fee: which means leaving the house as it was when you arrived.
