Location The Frisian village of Risum-Lindholm offers you good shopping options for your everyday needs and invites you to explore the nature of North Frisia by bike or Nordic walking. You will be captivated by the vastness and natural beauty of North Frisia, which is special in every season. In the town of Niebüll, 3 km away, you will find specialty shops and cultural offerings, such as a cinema and museums. At "Andersen-Hüs", you will experience Frisian culture and language up close, and in addition to concerts and guided tours, it offers you the opportunity to have a civil marriage ceremony here. Due to the central location of the holiday home, you can quickly reach many attractive excursion destinations, such as the Wadden Sea, the North Frisian islands and Halligen, as well as Denmark. Flensburg and Husum, located directly on the Baltic Sea and the North Sea, respectively, also offer you great deals and can be reached in 45 minutes by car. You can relax while playing golf at the Hof Berg Golf Club, as the 18-hole course is just 13 km (8 miles) away. The Eichhorn's Hotel & Restaurant is 3 km away and invites you to a culinary visit. Our Hyggehüs is also ideally suited for dialysis patients due to its proximity to the dialysis center of the Niebüll Clinic (2 km). The amenities The vacation home impresses with its cozy and exclusive furnishings with a beautiful open living space and adjoining dining area. Directly to the left in the entrance area is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and offers everything you need for a shared cooking experience: induction stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter size 4) and espresso machine (DeLonghi Essenza Nespresso), kettle, toaster, sufficient dishes and cooking utensils. At the dining table, the day can be planned together. In the living room itself, you will find a Samsung TV (50 inches), a corner sofa and an armchair for relaxing on cozy evenings. From the living area, you have a magnificent view of the countryside and fields as well as direct access to the south and west terraces. The lovingly maintained garden with various seating options and a beach chair is available for use and invites you to enjoy a cozy coffee in sunny weather. You can stay with up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Both BDs can be reached via the stairs to the upper floor. The right bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a closet and a flat-screen TV. The other bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. This room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV. Particularly noteworthy is the house's additional safety equipment: Upstairs there are marked escape routes, including a window with a safety grille that can be used as an emergency exit. In addition, smoke hoods are available in the sleeping area, which can provide additional support when leaving the house in an emergency. A fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are also available in the house. Together with the particularly wide interior staircase, great emphasis was placed here on a well-thought-out safety concept. The features In our non-smoking vacation home, you can park your car right by the house on the driveway. WiFi is provided to our guests free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the utility room. There are screens on some windows. For bicycles brought with you, there is a lockable bicycle storage room. There is also an electrical outlet there, so that e-bikes, for example, can be conveniently charged. The thatched roof ensures a pleasant room climate in winter and summer. The cottage was awarded 5 stars by the DTV in June 2025. An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price.
