This 57 m² duplex features a living room, kitchen, private terrace, and a step-free bathroom/WC on the ground floor, plus two bedrooms upstairs. There are 5 beds: a single sofa bed in the living room, two 90x200 cm beds in the "children's" room, and two 90x200 cm beds in the "adults'" room, which can be arranged as a double or two singles. For fishing, the Hivet stream runs through the grounds and two ponds are less than 10 minutes away.
