Our villa is a detached 3-storey house with garden which was planned and built with lots of attention to detail and in 2023 completely renovated. It is located just 100 m away from the beach (see map). You can enjoy your sea view best from 2 expansive terraces and one balcony. In stylish ambience and fully equipped the house won't let you miss any amenities from home and is so much more than just a holiday home. It truly is a place of the heart. The space Our villa is a detached 3 storey house with garden, planned and built with lots of attention to detail and in 2023 completely renovated. Just a 2 minute walk away from the beach the house is so much more than just a vacantion stay. You can enjoy your sea view from 2 expansive connected terraces on the middle (2nd) floor and from 1 balcony on the 3rd floor. One more terrace is located on the ground floor. One of the 2 terraces on the 2nd floor is firmly roofed and equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a Webergrill which is a great alternative to cooking inside and the perfect setting for your barbecue. The second terrace also has an electrical awning. The whole property is surrounded by a wall with lockable gates. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with shower as well as a spacious hallway with wardrobe. The 2nd floor is the common living area with sitting/ dining space, a small bathroom and the 2 terraces. The generous living area as well as the underfloor heating make this villa the perfect stay for all seasons. Additional amenities, such as your own home entertainment system (incl. Smart TV, Sonos system, bluetooth speakers, and of course wifi) and a neat little collection of books and games for all ages, guarantee that none of the comforts of your own home will be missed during your stay. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a queen size sofa bed with table and an office corner with desk (monitor, speakers and camera are available). The smaller one of the 2 bedrooms has a balcony and a pull out bed (160 x 200). - All windows of the house can be closed with shutters. - All beds have high quality hypoallergenic mattress toppers, pillows and duvets. - Bed sheets, towels and beach towels are available. - Cars can be parked on the street directly in front of the house. - The house is cleaned once per week (incl. change of sheets and towels). Far away from all mass tourism, the island, also called emerald of the Aegean, for sure is still one of the Mediterranean hidden gems. With its endless blue skies, crystal clear turquoise waters, golden sands, its mountains and lush greens of the valleys, forests and olive groves, its small taverns with unique tastes of Greek cuisine it truly became the place of our hearts. While most people get drawn to the marvellous beaches with their small coastal villages in the summer months, during the low season - in April, Mai or October - it is a wide selection of hiking and biking trails alongside the coast or in the island's interior which make this place perfect for discovering Thasos island in all its beauty. Golden Beach is a beach bay (approx. 3 km long), surrounded by a picturesque scenery of the islands highest mountains, green forest and olive groves, which consists of the two small villages Skala Panagia and Skala Potamia. With its golden sand, the shallow turquoise sea and the small cozy taverns with original Greek cuisine it truly is a small piece of paradise. The image of the bay is characterized by nature, small hotels as well as small apartment building or houses. The capital of the Island, Limenas is only 12 km away from Golden Beach (15 min by car) and offers a variety of Taverns, a pedestrian zone perfect for an evening stroll, and lots of culture to discover, such as the acropolis, the ancient theater and various ancient excavation sites. The only exception is the utility/maintenance room on the 1st floor which is locked and only accessable by cleaning and maintanance staff.
