House in the marsh - vacation on the North Sea

Our little renovated Kate from 1876 is quiet and only 900m from the dyke. Large, sheltered garden on the edge of a field, with covered terrace and beach chair. Approx. 1,076 sq. ft. (100 m²) of living space with a large kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, living and dining area, and a small bedroom for one person on the ground floor. Large open bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by steep stairs. The sleeping accommodation for the 4th person is a niche (175x140). Private sauna for a fee. The space Entrance area/hallway with coat rack, bench, and storage space. Bathroom with a mirrored cabinet, shower, and bathtub. A small bedroom (children's room) for one person. Bed 90x190, wardrobe. Steep, semi-open staircase to the upper floor. This is where you will find the open-plan bedroom for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 younger children. One 180 x 200 cm double bed with two single mattresses and a 175 x 140 cm sleeping alcove. Spacious kitchen with a small table and seating for 4 people. Living and dining room with a dining table for 6 people and access to the covered terrace. Leather couch with a large coffee table. 50-inch TV with satellite TV and streaming (Roku TV Stick). Sound system with CD player and Bluetooth. Small wood-burning stove for the cold days. From the terrace, you can access the large garden with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a barbecue. In addition, washing machine and dryer are available. Small TV in the bedroom with numerous apps for streaming. Private Wi-Fi with 300 Mbps Additional bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), private sauna, and three fitness machines in the annex. Use of the sauna is not included in the rental price. Guest access A private parking space is right by the house. There is a garage where bicycles can be stored. On request, I provide baby cot and high chair for free. There is no edge or outlet protection and no stair gates in the house. Other things to note The small municipality of Kaiser-Wilhelm-Koog is located directly on the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site. Only 900 m from the property you have access to the dyke and a hiking trail through the salt meadows to the Wadden Sea. The famous seal station Friedrichskoog is only a few minutes away by car or can also be easily reached by bike. A green beach with beach chairs and access to the Wadden Sea can be found in Friedrichskoog-Spitze. There are also numerous restaurants there. There is a sandy beach in the family lagoon in Büsum.
