The house is completely independent, with a spacious 1000 sqm garden and outdoor areas equipped with tables, pergola and relax areas. The house consists of 2 adjoining apartments, which are connected by an internal door on the ground floor and are rented together in the months of July and August. During middle and low season, however, it is possible to rent them also separately. The 2 units Il Cantuccio 1 and Il Cantuccio 2 are completely independent and dispose of separate entrances on the 2 sides of the house. They have separate external areas equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Il Cantuccio 1 consists of: entrance on the ground floor, dining room with a big crystal table, fireplace, kitchen with small fridge, separate freezer, stove with 4 burners, toaster, filter coffee brewer, exit to the garden, living room corner with sofa and TV. The city of Lucca (20 km), Pisa (35 km) and the sea (25 km) are within easy reach.
