We offer two cozy and quietly located, almost completely newly furnished apartments for 4 - 5 people each. 3rd floor: Spacious kitchen-living room, living room with access to the southwest balcony, bedroom with two single beds plus pull-out chair, bedroom with double bed, new bathroom with washer-dryer and shower, toilet with washing facilities. Other amenities: Ceramic stovetop/oven/fridge/freezer/dishwasher/coffee maker/kettle/toaster, pot and pan set as well as all necessary utensils, such as cups/cutlery, etc. Flat-screen TV Almost all windows are equipped with insect screens. Wi-Fi (free). From the living area you can access the large covered south/west balcony with garden furniture/parasol and views of the countryside or Lake Constance, Vorarlberg and Switzerland. Fantastic sunsets are guaranteed! IMPORTANT: Non-smoking apartment. Smoking is of course possible on the balcony. The minimum booking duration is 5 nights. A maximum of 5 people can stay in the large apartment!! E-bikes/bicycles can be safely parked/charged in our garage. We do not allow pets. We are centrally located in the district of Lindau/Lake Constance with our apartments. In 15 minutes you can reach the surrounding cities of Bregenz, Wangen, Lindau by car. Whether you are drawn to the festival in Bregenz, the state horticultural show in Wangen, the forest lake in Lindenberg or on a bike tour - from our apartments you can reach a variety of destinations. Hourly bus connections in all directions make your excursions easier. You can conveniently leave the car parked. Extensive walks through green meadows and forests are also possible from the front door at any time and promise pure regeneration. The good transport connections (5 min. to the A96 exit) by car, bus or bicycle, make Niederstaufen a perfect starting point for excursions to the Allgäu, Lake Constance, Vorarlberg or Switzerland. The surrounding train stations of Lindau, Hergatz, Heimenkirch offer train connections, for example, to Oberstaufen, Oberstdorf, Ulm, Füssen, Augsburg or Munich.
