Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a convenient entrance with a storage room, perfect for storing your belongings and feeling immediately at home. The living room is the heart of our home, offering an open and welcoming space with a spacious dining room, a large kitchen island to prepare delicious meals, and a comfortable living room to relax after a day of exploration. We have four bedrooms equipped with double beds and new bedding, guaranteeing a restful sleep. For little ones, a bedroom is furnished with a cozy child's bed. For relaxing moments, enjoy our TV room with a double sofa bed, ideal for movie nights with family or friends (you can therefore accommodate up to 13 people with the two bunk beds of the game room on the 2nd floor). With two bathrooms and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, comfort is assured for all. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs, and the garden at the front of the house offers a pleasant outdoor space with a private parking space. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and store your bikes in the hut, where three adult bikes are at your disposal. Our backyard/garden is a haven of peace, with a wooden terrace, a plancha, a brazero, and a courtyard to bask on the sofas. Located just 100 meters from local shops, our house is close to two bakeries, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, as well as many restaurants, bars, and a creperie. The sailing school is also at the end of the street. Enjoy the market on Monday evenings and Wednesday mornings, concerts on Thursday evenings in the harbor square, and daily summer entertainment. For families, a travel cot is available upon request. And for water sports enthusiasts, we lend three bodyboards to enjoy the waves of La Torche, just 20 minutes away. Also discover the port of Guilvinec 15 minutes away, Pont L'abbé 15 minutes away, Quimper 25 minutes away, and Loctudy 15 minutes away, from where you can take the ferry to Tudy Island.
