The space Located in a small peaceful hamlet close to shops and only 10 minutes from Rennes, our outbuilding of a 16th century building classified as Breton heritage welcomes you for a unique stay. 🏡 The space You will stay in a 90 m² private house, recently homestaged, both authentic and warm: A large living room with pellet stove and TV, A fully equipped kitchenette (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), 2 large bedrooms with parquet floors, each with a double bed (160x200), desk and the possibility of adding an extra mattress or a travel crib, A bathroom with shower, toilet, towel dryer and hair dryer. ➡️ Linens and towels are provided, beds made on arrival for added comfort. 🌿 Exterior & Common Amenities Heated indoor pool (≈28°C), secure and accessible by the garden. Free access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., from mid-May to mid-September. Possible option the rest of the year to request 24 hours before the last arrival (€10/night, excluding heavy frosts). Cozy relaxation area on the mezzanine with net, water games, buoys and accessories available. Shared garden with hammock, trampoline, bike shed, clothesline. Private terrace with small living room and dining area, BBQ. Board games for all ages, outdoor games.
