The space Located in a small peaceful hamlet near shops and only 10 minutes from Rennes, our outbuilding of a 16th century building classified as a Breton heritage welcomes you for a unique stay. 🏡 The space You will stay in a private house of 90 m², recently homestaged, both authentic and warm: A large living room with pellet stove and TV, A fully equipped integrated kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle...), 2 large bedrooms on hardwood floors, each with a double bed (160x200), desk and possibility to add an extra mattress or an umbrella bed, A bathroom with shower, WC, towel dryer and hairdryer. ➡️ Linens and towels are provided, beds made upon your arrival for added comfort. 🌿 Exterior & common amenities Heated indoor pool, secure and accessible from the garden. Free access from 10 am to 8 pm, mid May to mid September. Possible option (heating not guaranteed if frosty): 10 euros per night reserved the rest of the year, to be requested 24 hours before arrival at the latest Cozy relaxation area on the mezzanine with net, water games, buoys and accessories available. Shared garden with hammock, trampoline, bike shed, laundry line. Private terrace with small living room and dining area, barbecue. Board games for all ages, outdoor games.
