The space Located in a small peaceful hamlet near shops and only 10 minutes from Rennes, our outbuilding of a 16th century building classified as a Breton heritage welcomes you for a unique stay. 🏡 The space You will stay in a private house of 90 m², recently homestaged, both authentic and warm: A large living room with pellet stove and TV, A fully equipped integrated kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle...), 2 large bedrooms on hardwood floors, each with a double bed (160x200), desk and possibility to add an extra mattress or an umbrella bed, A bathroom with shower, WC, towel dryer and hairdryer. ➡️ Linens and towels are provided, beds made upon your arrival for added comfort. 🌿 Exterior & common amenities Heated indoor pool, secure and accessible through the garden. - Free access from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 20:00 in July and August. - Optional: 10 euros per night booked the rest of the year (same hours). Request 24 hours before arrival at the latest. Heating not guaranteed in case of frost. Cozy relaxation area on the mezzanine with net, water games, buoys and accessories available. Shared enclosed garden with hammock, trampoline, bike shed, clothesline. Private terrace with small living room and dining area, barbecue. Board games for all ages, outdoor games.
