It is located on the banks of the Dordogne, between Bordeaux, Libourne and St Emilion. ~The garden has an area of 2000 m² and flows into the Dordogne. Petanque court, pool house by the water, children's playground and swimming pool are at your disposal. ~ StPardon: located 20 minutes from St Emilion and Bordeaux Rive Droite. Nearby train station. The space On the ground floor you will find: - a large equipped kitchen - a laundry room - a dining room - a reading/game/billiard room - a TV lounge - one bedroom with bathroom - a toilet You will find on the first floor: - 3 bedrooms, only one with a single bed. - 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets On the top floor you will find: - 2 bedrooms with double bed - a dorm with 4 single beds - a toilet and a bathroom You will find a summer kitchen outside on the banks of the Dordogne. With fridge, plancha and sink. Other things to note ACCESS TO WATER// Our house is an ideal base for a boat, canoe or paddle tour (at high tide). We do not provide equipment. We highly recommend that you provide a life jacket with the current. At low tide, you have a small port located a two-minute walk away with a docking dock and an outdoor shower dedicated to the bather. The house is fully fenced to prevent children from accessing the water. The pool is also secured by an electric roller shutter.
